Deposit
WCBR has a special $350.00 per unit deposit, due within 10 days of booking the reservation. A credit card MUST be presented at the time of booking. The remaining balance is required not 30 days prior to arrival, but is special for WCBR and full payment is required at check out.

Sharing Room(s): Please ensure that ALL person(s) sharing a room are recorded with each reservation, preferably at the time the reservation is made. This step is critical for the check in/out process to separate billing. By not taking this critical step in advance, it will increase the amount of time spent at the check in/out desk. This will also ensure that no one in your group is assessed the Alternate Hotel Fee.

Hotel Room - $199++/night
Hotel rooms provide comfort in a traditional setting: two beds, small sitting area with a coffee maker and a full bath, located in buildings 1, 2, and 3. Maximum occupancy 4 people.

Deluxe Studio - $225++/night
Deluxe Studio room offers a queen bed and small living/dining area with a queen sleeper sofa, includes a kitchenette, and private Jacuzzi bathtub, located in building 4. Maximum occupancy 4 people.

1 Bedroom Suite - $275++/night
One Bedroom suite offers more than 700 square feet, full kitchen and wood-burning fireplace, private balcony, queen bed and a queen sleeper-sofa in the living room area, located in buildings 1, 2, and 3. Maximum occupancy 4 people.

Colorado Suite - $275++/night
Colorado Suites offer generous living area complete with wood burning fireplace and private balcony, queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa and Jacuzzi tub in bath, located in building 4. Maximum occupancy 4 people.

Premium One Bedroom Suite - $334++/night
Premium One Bedroom Suites offer a room with a balcony off the bedroom, a jetted spa tub, complete kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and sofa bed in the living area, located in building 4. Maximum occupancy 4 people.

Two Bedroom Suite - $415++/night
Two Bedroom Suite offers private balcony, full kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace, three queen-sized beds, and two full baths. Maximum occupancy 6 people.

Premium Two Bedroom Suite - $492++/night
Premium Two Bedroom Suite, well-appointed furnishings with a queen bed in each bedroom, a complete kitchen, wood burning fireplace, private balcony and a sofa bed in the living room area, full bath also feature a spa tub, located in building 4. Maximum occupancy 6 people.

Please note: A resort fee of 5.5% per night will be added to the room rates listed above. Every reservation is subject to a total cumulative sum of 17.817%, which includes local and state taxes and the 5.5% resort fee.
The Resort Fee enables Beaver Run to provide WCBR attendees with first class amenities. It covers complimentary wireless internet in all guest accommodations, front lobby, Skywalk Market, Base9 Bar, pool area, back lobby, and conference center. Free local calls, free 800 number calls, and business center services which include up to 10 page faxes and copies, and 15 minute computer access with printing. In addition, amenities included are: two pools, seven hot tubs, steam and sauna rooms, exercise room, in-room food delivery, on-site restaurants and bars, the Skywalk Deli and Market, an arcade, and complimentary in-room firewood for fireplaces to burn real wood. The Resort Fee also provides slopeside overnight ski and snowboard storage.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of an individual cancellation of a lodging reservation, the following will apply: Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to scheduled arrival, will be charged a processing fee of $100 per reservation. Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of scheduled arrival, will forfeit all monies paid. No-shows, early departures and/or late arrivals are non-refundable.

Beaver Run Resort reserves the right to cancel reservations without additional notice if the $350 per unit, is not received within 10 days of booking the reservation.

Alternate Hotel Fee
Please be aware, there is a fee of $150 charge along with your conference registration if you reserve lodging outside of the group room block. This includes using 3-party booking sources (i.e. Travelocity, Hotels.com, Expedia, etc.). Please utilize the group code and booking method to reserve your lodging. Yes, we do check, so please be honest when registering!

WCBR attendees staying at Beaver Run will receive complimentary parking (value of $10/night).

In-town Transportation
Beaver Run offers transportation to and from the town of Breckenridge throughout the day for guests.
