On-Site Registration for the RCEM Conference is in the North Lounge of the Illini Union starting at 3PM on Monday, October 3. The North Lounge is located directly inside the main entrance of the Illini Union, 1401 W. Green Street in Urbana. Registration will continue until 6:00 PM on October 3.

Registration on Tuesday, October 4 - Thursday October will begin at 7:00 AM in the hallway outside of Illini Union Room B on the first floor each day. Registration will continue until 6:30 PM at the end of the day.

An information table and message board will be located outside of Illini Union Room B each day of the conference.

All of the sessions will be held in the Illini Union Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Fridays session will be held at Allerton Conference Center

Conferees wishing to have internet and email access will be issued a temporary NET ID for use in the Illini Union computer lab.

Parking on the U of I campus: it is not advised that you park on campus because of limited parking spaces and the expense (25 cents per 20 minutes); however, if you require parking, there are meters on the streets surrounding the Illini Union. We recommend using the shuttle bus service from Hawthorn Suites Hotel and the walk from teh Historic Lincoln and the Hampton.
