Exhibitor Information
The 46th Annual Winter Conference on Brain Research will be held January 26-31, 2013 at Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center, Breckenridge, Colorado. The program will include an evening designated for posters and exhibits allowing increased exposure to the conference delegates. The exhibits are given a central location at the conference, and all exhibitors are prominently listed in the WCBR Program Book. Each afternoon, refreshments are served in the exhibit area. An evening poster reception will be held on Tuesday in the exhibit area.Considering the singular nature of this conference, we hope that you and your organization will exhibit/advertise at the 2013 meeting. Participants have a number of areas that afford contact opportunities.

Beverages are also provided in this area at poster presentation times. Exhibitors and posters are visited by delegates at 3:30 pm daily and will be part of an expanded poster session held Tuesday evening (6:30-8:30 pm).
Exhibits are offered at $800.00/exhibitor. One table is provided per exhibitor. Optional advertisements are detailed below.Exhibitor (staffed table) | Fee: $800

(1) 6' skirted table* This exhibitor option is for a table that holds your materials, booklets, contact information, etc. but there is no person stationed; therefore, this option does not include the conference registration nor the full page advertisement in the conference program. We will set up your materials per your instructions and then clean up afterwards; remaining materials will be returned, as requested. Arrangements for return posting must be included with your material.
IMPORTANT: Each exhibitor is responsible for shipping their own materials to the conference center. Shipping and receiving fees may apply.

Participants may choose to advertise without exhibiting. The following options are available. All advertisements will appear in the program. Exhibitors may also choose additional advertising options. If you are interested in reserving one of these spots please contact Denson Fujikawa ASAP as these will be reserved on a first come-first serve basis.Advertising Only Fees:

Inside back cover or full page Ad within the program - $1,000

The dimensions of the program booklet in which your advertisement will be printed are 4.5" x 7". You may submit your material in a larger format and the designer will reduce it to fit the page size.
A 300 dpi (or greater) document in a EPS, TIFF, AI or JPG format, with your add will need to be submitted by December 7, 2012. Please provide high resolution print quality graphics.

WCBR is a volunteer, non-profit organization.
