The conference begins with a Welcome Wine and Cheese Reception on Saturday, January 21 from 6:00-7:30 PM. The reception kicks off with Newcomers, Fellows, and Mentors only from 6:00-6:30 PM; all attendees from 6:30-7:30 PM.

The Plenary Address and Opening Breakfast will be on Sunday, January 22. Breakfast begins at 7:00 AM, and the Plenary Address at 8:00 AM.

The Closing Banquet and Dance will be Thursday, January 26 at 7:30 PM.
